What is Same-Day Local Delivery?
Same-Day Local Delivery allows eligible local customers to receive their HemWise order on the same day it is placed, subject to availability and cutoff times.
Who is eligible for Same-Day Local Delivery?
Same-day delivery is available for addresses within a 7-mile radius of ZIP code 21702. The option will only appear at checkout if your address qualifies.
What is the cutoff time?
Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST on the same business day to qualify for same-day delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
Same-day deliveries are typically completed between 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
What days is Same-Day Local Delivery available?
Same-day delivery is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Availability may be limited during peak seasons such as back-to-school.
How much does Same-Day Local Delivery cost?
Same-day local delivery is $14.99 per order. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been prepared for delivery.
What if I place my order after 2:00 PM?
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be delivered on the next business day using standard delivery options.
What if my item is out of stock?
Same-day delivery is subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be contacted with alternative options or a refund.
What if no one is home?
No signature is required. Orders will be delivered to a safe location at the delivery address provided. Hemwise is not responsible for packages once delivered.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been prepared for same-day delivery. Please double-check your order before checkout.
What happens if Hemwise can’t deliver my order the same day?
If Hemwise is unable to complete same-day delivery due to internal issues, your same-day delivery fee will be fully refunded.
Are returns allowed on same-day delivery orders?
Yes. Products may be returned according to HemWise’s standard return policy. Delivery fees are not refundable.
Why don’t I see the Same-Day Local Delivery option at checkout?
The option may not appear if:
- Your address is outside the delivery area
- The order is placed after the cutoff time
- Same-day delivery capacity has been reached
- Same-day delivery is temporarily unavailable
