Shipping Policy

At HemWise Uniforms, we want to make uniform shopping easy and reliable. Below are our shipping guidelines:

1. Processing Times

· Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

· During back-to-school season or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates

· Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95 on all U.S. orders.

· Free Shipping: Orders over $75 ship free.

· Local Pickup: Free in-store pickup available at our Frederick, MD location.

3. Delivery Times

· Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

· Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

· Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS).

4. Local Pickup (In-Store)

· Select “Local Pickup” at checkout if you’d like to collect your order from our store:

· Pickup orders are usually ready within 2 hours. Orders must be received by 2pm.

· You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready.

5. Backordered / Pre-Order Items

· If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, we’ll notify you with an estimated restock date.

· Orders containing pre-order items may be shipped separately.

6. Shipping Restrictions

· Currently, we only ship within the United States.

· We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large orders requiring carriers other than local carriers.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

· If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@hemwise.com with photos.

· If a package is marked delivered but not received, please first check with your local post office or neighbors. If unresolved, contact us so we can help investigate.
